Watch for Changes: error while traversing /share/subfolder: permission denied

I’ve tried every permission configuration I could think of and this keeps happening. Although it doesn’t seem to be an issue with other shares.

If I move the sub-folder somewhere else, it will then give the same error for a different folder.

The only oddity I have to report is that the effected folder names look like this: (start and end with square brackets)

[ Special Category ]

Ok so I’ve tried a couple other configurations and the folder naming seems to matter not.

I tried synchronizing a specific sub-folder and even it ran into a hiccup with one of it’s sub-folders (plain alpha naming) that it reported the same error.

I’m wondering if some other service like Synology Drive (yes this is on a Synology NAS 1817+) is causing it trouble.
