Usage reporting server is blocked in Russia

Server ip of data.syncthing.net is 165.227.145.99 which is blocked in Russia. So usage reporting from Russia doesn’t work.

It would be interesting to know how manyreports we are missing tho. I wonder if we can just put it behind cloudflare.
