Same issue for me. Not sure how long I should be waiting for the next command line but restarting the deployment several times and it keeps getting stuck after the same spot. I am guessing maybe it’s hitting the wall with my biggest share folder: 4.5TB with over 100k files and 35k folders?
Looking through the comments it seems like @dajhorn method of removing the .db file is the only way to go?
I followed @tenex’s method of setting the Healthcheck counter from 5 to 50 and now the migration is chugging through!
I released an update 2.0.3 that includes some fixes for making the migration more robust, might help for you all. (I don’t know if/how the container auto upgrades on deploy or how that’s handled in TrueNAS)
