I had that problem as well.
Like in “no connected device has the required version of this file”, patience was kind of the solution for me, too.
This problem resolved of itself, when off that thread i got the idea to turn on all 5 synching devices i had used in roughly the time before the problem appeared.
Maybe some of them at last had those missing files, because after an hour or so, all such errors were resolved.
