Incorrent last seen flag

Hi, I have 2 linux machines running the v1.3.1 for about a week and syncing files without any issues, if i shutdown node A through the web gui by clicking “Shutdown”, node B sees its peer as Disconnected, however the last_seen flag says “Never”, as soon as i bring the node A back online, status changes back to Up To Date and continues working properly.

Is it normal for the last seen flag to be set to Never even though the node just went down, this looks like a possible bug to me.
