Conflicting files question

If have a file, say a KeePass database file that changes on one Syncthing computer and again on another computer not connected to the internet the next day what version will Syncthing use when all the computers are eventually connected to the internet and sync?

Will it always be the newest version or will this theoretical situation result in a sync conflict?

It will result in a sync conflict, as it has been changed on two devices “in the same time”. I don’t know how the winner detection is currently, it was with depending on the device id, but I think it’s now depending on time, so the non-conflict-file after the next sync should be the newest.
