Hi there, i just found a bug:
My .stignore file contains “Wird geladen …”
This is what you show in the folder dialog when the ignore file is loading in german.
I guess i pressed save while it was still loading overriding the actual ignore file with “Wird geladen …”
Please fix this

See https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/issues/4915, which is already fixed.
Most likely it happened a while ago (when running <= v0.14.47) and you just noticed it now.
