I have as simple setup in which a Windows PC running syncthing v2.08 copies three folders to (1) a Raspberry Pi running v2.0.0.0-rc.22 and (2) an x86 Ubuntu box running v.2.04. This problem only affects the Ubuntu machine.
One of the folders I copy there seems permanently hung at 93%. It copies perfectly well to the pi. There is masses of space on both machines. Flicking through the forum, there is some mention of a similar problem, cured temporarily by wiping an index file. I can’t find the index file discussed, and in any case don’t really understand that solution. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Look on the Ubuntu box in the UI or logs for why the files don’t sync. (And consider updating that old RC to an actual release version now that they’re here )
I couldn’t find anything in the logs to suggest problems. In the end I added the .obsidian folder tree to the ignore file, and that seemed to solve the problem. But I would like to sync that, too, and have opened a separate topic to find out why Syncthing should barf at it.
