every time I start my PC I see this popup, unsure how to remove it.
reinstalling & uninstalling syncthing did not work.
It looks like you’re using @billstewart’s Syncthing Windows Setup.
If so, look for an entry in Windows Task Scheduler that’s set to run when the PC starts/boots. Either disable or remove the task to stop the pop-up.
