How can we manage windows permission & attributes as these are not getting synced with the files/folders.
In general it’ll only work between similar OSes (e.g. Windows ↔ Windows) and depending on the end goal, Syncthing may need to run with administrative privileges:
My setup is Windows ↔ Windows, same users are created on both Primary & Target, but the user assigned to a file on Primary is not set on the Target.
With multiple users, Syncthing must run as a Windows administrator in order to update ownership and permissions.

Without specifics about your setup, it’s going to be very difficult to diagnose:
- How is Syncthing installed – e.g. official Zip archive, 3rd-party installer/wrapper,…
- How is it started – e.g. Windows service, Task Scheduler, start menu,…
- No detail is too small…
And what “permissions and attributes” are we talking about, specifically.
