Will Syncthing allow me to sync one external hard drive to a folder within another hard drive?

Hello, I want to sync a hard drive that is connected to my router to a folder in a hard drive connected to a Windows 7 Desktop. Is this possible? I also have another computer with Windows 10 if Windows 7 is a problem.
