So, I want to sync between my laptop and my smartphone but it’s so different. 
I use Arch Linux, Syncthing-Folk in my phone
Do you mean that the folder contents don’t match? If yes, please post screenshots of the Syncthing web GUI from both sides? On Android, you can access it from the left slide-out menu.
