What is causing T2022-02-01 19:00:21: Listen (BEP/tcp): Accepting connection: accept tcp [::]:22000: accept4: too many open files

The error, as per the title, seems to have started with Syncthing 1.85 and is still present in 1.86. This is on a XigmaNas server running the lastest version of XigmaNas.

Any suggestions as to how I make this error message go away.
