A folder is shared by devices A and B, and by devices B and C. But devices A and C do not share it directly.

A ↔ B ↔ C

Will changes made by C reach A through B ?

Then what is the point of sharing a folder with some devices and not others ?

Please try searching the forum, as this topic has been discussed quite a few times already, but basically, there can be a variety of reasons, e.g. low bandwidth on some devices/locations, slow hardware, mobile devices, sharing a folder with another person, etc.
