Yep, it’s doubled up alright:
root@BACKUP1:~# ps auxwwf | grep syncthing
root 5860 0.0 0.2 726364 18336 ? Ssl May19 0:25 /usr/bin/syncthing serve --no-browser --no-restart --logflags=0
root 5904 0.2 0.8 796448 70480 ? SNl May19 30:08 \_ /usr/bin/syncthing serve --no-browser --no-restart --logflags=0
root 6208 0.0 0.0 17836 984 pts/0 S+ 14:33 0:00 | \_ grep syncthing
admin 6184 1.0 0.1 723228 15964 ? Ssl 14:33 0:00 /usr/bin/syncthing serve --no-browser --no-restart --logflags=0
admin 6195 70.0 0.2 861604 23976 ? Rl 14:33 0:00 \_ /usr/bin/syncthing serve --no-browser --no-restart --logflags=0

I knew I wanted to remove that first installation completely—now I know why.
What would your next step be, if this were on your system?
