Versioner: The data area passed to a system call is too small.

Over the last couple of days I’m getting many of the following errors:

Can anyone clarify a bit more the meaning of this error? (FYI: The files mentioned in the error message are media assets of a offline copy of a OCW’s webcourse, so the paths are quite long.)
