Upon reboot, syncthing status is running on one machine, but stuck on “syncthing stop/waiting” for the other. The two are setup identically and there are no syntax errors in the upstart scripts.

I haven’t used this particular guide, but I know Upstart scripts will log output to /var/log/upstart/<scriptname>.log by default. You might try running cat on /var/log/upstart/syncthing.log
