Upgrade path from 1.30 to 2.1.3 or later

I finally want to give it a try and upgrade from 1.30.

Can I directly upgrade to 2.1.3 or do I first need to upgrade to 2.0.16?

I did not find anything related to this in the documentation. I hope I did not miss it.
