inb4 hysteria, here’s an official note that Syncthing doesn’t use OpenSSL, nor do the supporting services like discovery and relays.

Some other stuff we use may be affected, particularly the build setup. I’ve preemptively upgraded the build server and agents to the currently latest version (so as to avoid a major-upgrade headache on patch day). As part of that, I switched the agents to a standard jetbrains/teamcity-agent from our old home-brewed image. This might affect some builds if they expect some tool which is no longer present directly in the image. They should probably use Docker. Let me know if you see something weird.
