Hi, not very familiar with this. Its an Synology DS718+ Is it normal that the transfer speed is non consistent ? It bumps up and down From about 62MB/s to about 9MB/s and flattens at 0 then after a while picks up and does it all again to the file is complete? This is large single files.
Have 500/500 connection. so 62MB/s is about as high as I will ever get.
If I connect via FTP I get a steady 59-60MB/s all day. The seedbed provider is not the issue. They have much greater upload speed that I will never get full potensial downloading from.
