Please update to latest (v2).
Not only is v1 not supported anymore, but there is also a known issue with this symptom that was fixed in a v2 version.
If I upgrade to version v2, will the original tasks of v1 be fully migrated? I am afraid it will destroy the previous tasks and I am also afraid that I cannot revert back to the version. I hope to have a mature and stable running version. Which version of v2 should I use
I don’t understand what you mean by “tasks” but temporary files containing partially downloaded files are kept, and configuration and database are migrated. Database migration may take some time.
To tread cautiously, you can make a copy of your Syncthing config (at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Syncthing by default on Windows).
