What is going on here? I am trying to install on Windows, but when I select the zip file like the installer expects, it returns this vague error message.
Is this a RAM disk? If yes, please try to run the executable from a normal drive instead.
For the record, are you using ImDisk by any chance? If yes, then that isn’t compatible with Windows 11 and will cause issues if you try to run executables from it. There is a fork that somewhat works, or alternatively, you need to switch to a different RAM disk solution (e.g. AIM Toolkit, which comes from the same developer as ImDisk).
Look at what calmh wrote below. I got sidetracked by the R:
path, but the issue here is likely just a wrong zip file .

I don’t particularly know this tool, but I would guess it wants a Syncthing zip file (https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases/download/v1.30.0/syncthing-windows-amd64-v1.30.0.zip).
