I use two Ubuntu server installations of Syncthing (v1.29.5) installations, three Win PC (v1.29.5) and two Androids with Syncthing-fork (v1.29.4).
And I have a problem connected with not fully syncted devices with different values of not syncted files on different devices and with empty number of files that are not syncted. Folders are syncthed fully.
I think you could start with trying to track down the folder that causes this. This can be done simply by pausing folders one by one until the error disappears (or, alternatively, pausing all folders and then unpausing one at a time).
After that, you could try to look for the files that cause the problem. I know that the GUI doesn’t show them (which is a known long-standing issue), but you could also try looking into the log, which may have the specific filenames recorded somewhere.
But no error file was found at all. In logs everything looks smooth and sound.
Initially the folder was in Receive only on both of Ubuntu machines. They couldn’t propagate changes that can be made at the servers with the files. Sometimes that led to sync errors. Syncthing created a sync conflict file that is located on Ubuntu machine but is not able to be syncted with any else. Not the folders are switched to Receive&Send mode.
Trying to find manually this 232B file on Ubuntu didn’t helped.
It was in a miss sync between Global and Local states. And I didn’t get at which device the problem was.
Currently I’ve cleared (copied it to a safe place) Obsidian folder from the Windows PC. Then sync this with the rest online devices. Some of accepted full clarence and showed Global and Local as zeroes. Some not. I had to manually to reset database of Syncthing via something like syncthing.exe --reset-database
After that all the devices accepted clearance. Then returned copied filed back to the original folder and now it is in safe and sound state. But, I have some other devices that work with the same folder and they are offline now. And I’m guessing what will happen when they will try to sync ther files.
