Synctrain not recieving folder shares

Hi,

I’m looking to see if I just missed any documentation anywhere on how to setup synctrain on my iphone. I have a linux machine running syncthing with a few folders that I would like sync’d up with on my iphone, i.e. bookmark exports etc. They are usually just single folders with a single file.

I was able to connect my iphone to the linux machine. But when I try to share a folder from my linux machine to my iphone, it just sits at 0% sync and nothing happens on the synctrain side. Is there anything I can do to debug this further, or any documentation I can read on this?

Update: I found that when I shared a folder from my linux machine to my iphone,it actually sees it as a random string of characters in the folders tab as a suggested folder. So I guess that is the default workflow.
