How can I sync all photos and videos from my iPhone to my server with Syncthing using the iOS app Synctrain?
The problem is that the app only lets me select a specific album. I can’t find an option to choose all photos and videos from my iPhone — only albums.
If I select a specific album, it does sync — but only that album.
The app should also be able to sync smart albums, so if you make one of those (and make it contain all your photos) that should work. Of course creating a new album manually and adding all photos to be synced should work as well. (Possibly automate this with a Shortcut)
I thought this was expected behavior based on this comment. It’s the reason I haven’t switched from möbius. See the whole discussion (and a DM I think)
Please has anyone achieved having photo gallery purely as a folder/directory tree, as in all photos would be accessible from the Files app and not locked inside the iOS system gallery?
I know there is paid version of HashPhotos app which should have “folders” within “Local albums”. Would anybody know, are these accessible by Synctrain or will they be hidden from the Files app?
