Will Synctrain work with v2.0 of Synching? I have not upgraded to Syncthing 2.0.0-rc.16 yet.

Yes, there is a working version of Synctrain based on Syncthing 2.0 in a separate branch. It will be rolled out after Syncthing 2.0 has been released and the teething issues have been resolved. Likely I will publish a separate TestFlight build first.
