Syncthing won't start on Mac

Syncthing was working on my Mac (Monterey), but it doesn’t work anymore. I have the latest version.

When I click on the Syncthing icon in the top bar, it says “unavailable”. And when I click on “start”, nothing happens.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Syncthing, but that doesn’t change anything.

How can I get Syncthing working again?

EDIT: I found the problem. I had been using my VPN and had forgotten to disable it afterwards. Since Syncthing didn’t have access to my LAN, it couldn’t work. I think things would have been different if I were using Windows because NordVPN for Windows allows access to resources on the LAN even when connected to a remote VPN server.
