There is a windows host on our CI. So the question would be if innosetup is small enough to download on build/release or if we’d somehow need to provide it on the CI host. The latter I’d need to look into how/if it works and confirm findings with Jakob (his host).
Anything that is scriptable on our Windows host should be scriptable on GitHub actions too. I recommend going with the latter, because our Windows builder is slow and old and I’d rather kill it than add responsibilities.
