Restarted on both sides. Once connection reestablished it starts syncing at larger amount drops to the same amount and slows to 0 or 1 B/s download rate and percentage never changes. See Screenshots from both sides.

Stop syncthing on both sides, run syncthing -reset-deltas and start it back up.
If syncthing is running on docker container, how do you suggest I do that?

Upgrade the 1.6.1 box, make sure all folders are shared symmetrically, check ignore patterns would be my suggestions.
