Syncthing Refusing to sync after device change

So I have a server running a receive only folder and used to have my laptop running on send only. Lately due to me replacing my laptop and copy all the data over manually, The folder showing on the server side just seems to be stuck in Scanning with some out of sync item?

Tried to restart the Container but it always seems to stuck in Scanning without any disk activity(UnRAID stop the HardDrive)

Server is running on the latest version of UnRAID with Syncthing Docker Container

It works fine before I replace the Laptop (UnRAID will wake the HardDrive when I modify the Data and sync over data)

Managed to fix it by removing index-v0.14.0.db(
