Hi is there anyway i can track each file checksum or file integrity monitoring ?

No, syncthing syncs files, integrity checks are out of scope. Syncthing would probably just sync any corruption it observed as it has no way of knowing if the change is intentional or not.
That’s better solved at the filesystem or block level. ZFS, btrfs, dm-integrity etc
