syncthing does not start up "cannot open database" error

Hi,

I tried to install syncthing on a new pc. When starting syncthing, it tries 4 times and gives each time a “cannot open database access denied is there another copy running”.

No there is no other copy running…

What can I do to configure a fresh install of syncthing?

Maybe by deleting ~/.config/syncthing/index-v0.14.0.db/LOCK.
