on my android phone, i configured syncthing to only be active when charging and connected to my home wifi. this worked fine in the beginning (phone was then running android 10 then). in the mean time, the phone was updated to android 11, and within the last few weeks, i recognized that syncthing is not disabled anymore when detaching the charger. to disable it, i have to open and close syncthing a few times, then, suddenly it switches to disabled. don’t know if this has anything to do with android 11 or if there is another reason for this misbehaviour.

I tested on Android 11 (Pixel 4a; Syncthing-Fork wrapper version 1.18.3.0) and there I do not have this issue, so I don’t think it is due to Android 11. Hope this helps.
