Syncthing disconnects the internet every few seconds on Ubuntu

When I’m running syncthing my internet keeps refreshing every few seconds, anyone know why this might be? It seems to be happening while it’s attempting to share a 2gb folder with my phone.

I’m using syncthing v0.14.43-ds1 “Dysprosium Dragonfly” on Ubuntu 18.04.

What does “internet keeps refreshing” mean, exactly?

You should probably use something newer. There are easy to use replacement packages at https://apt.syncthing.net/

Sorry, that was vague. It just keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting.
