why is my syncthing connected to outside ip

so since I am only syncing between two computers on a local vpn, should I disable Enable NAT traversal, Global Discovery and Enable Relaying ?

Hi,
That is entirely up to you. In case one or more of your computers should leave the local network you will probably find it handy that synching still works.
