Is there a way i can make syncthing sync the file every 1 second isntead of the default 10 sec? and are there more options to change that the last one to write something won . ? are there those options

As for conflict management, you can set maxConflicts to zero, but don’t hold me responsible if it doesn’t work. I haven’t ever used the option myself. Syncthing Configuration — Syncthing documentation
