i have syncthing set up to sync my whatsapp images and my camera folder. the latter still works, the former stopped working some months ago. its permanently says “scanning” and also “syncing” but at 0kb speed and with percentage slowly decreasing over time as new whatsapp images get added.
please help.
Please post screenshots of the Syncthing Web GUI from both sides. In the Android app, you can access the Web GUI using the left slide-out menu.
Syncthing WhatsApp files is known to be problematic though. If you search the forum, you will find quite a few topics where e.g. files couldn’t be synced from Android to Windows because they ended with ., etc.
However, in your case these are two Android devices, so the problem is likely something else.
