Syncthing and veracrypt encrypted partitions

Hi, I use syncthing to sync 3 machines each others and with a server

I use linux on those machines but the backup partitions that syncthing sinc

are all ntfs partitions.

I would encrypt these three partition with veracrypt but I would know how sycthing

then manage those synchronizations.

Have they to be decrypted for syncthing to work or they can remains encrypted ?

Syncthing synchronizes files. Files on a Veracrypt partition can be synced as long as they are decrypted — would you be unlocking them while in use?
