Syncing same folder, different OS (computer with dual boot)

I have a computer with dual boot, Windows and Linux.

Windows is on disk 1

Linux is on disk 2

The folder i want to sync is on disk 3

On windows I have set up a Syncthing folder that keeps the contents synced with a raspberry pi. This folder is on disk 3.

If I start the Linux OS on disk 2 and install Syncthing there and add the same folder (which is on disk 3), will it give me any trouble when syncing to the same destination (the raspberry pi)?
