I tried syncthing some new files and I got the above error:
[CU3CN] 22:27:48 INFO: Puller (folder “NC files” (2sn5l-rvxae), item “joseph/Documents/Camera Uploads/2019-08-21 17.16.44_6.jpg”): syncing: chmod /mnt/NC/joseph/Documents/Camera Uploads/2019-08-21 17.16.44_6.jpg: operation not permitted
It happened to a lot of files, but not sure what it means.
Ideas?
It means the files are not owned by syncthing user, so it can’t change their permissions. Either transfer the ownership of files, or set “ignore permissions” on the folder.
