Im a bit confused, the folders sync, but when the file is synced to the other machine it looks encrypted. what am i doing wrong?
If the filename looks encrypted, then you probably added the folder as “Receive Encrypted”. If you don’t want that, you need to remove the existing folder on the receiving side (both from Syncthing and from the disk), and then share it again without setting any password, this time choosing a different folder type.
