Three devices on same LAN: 2 laptops and one android. Mixed status being reported: device says it’s at 53%, folder says it’s at 100%. I am noticing thing like this very often. What’s going on?
As posted on your GitHub issue, you need to accept the Pictures folder on that remote device. The small superscript 1 on the folder name in your screenshot indicates it has been shared but not accepted. Hence the device in question will not reach 100 % sync because that folder doesn’t even start.
Also, on Android, please check what is going on in the Web GUI as well (which is available inside the app from the left slide-out panel).
