Sync is not working (not conecting pcs)

I do not know how to report this problem,

I’m using SyncTrayzor for Windows (1.0.16 / 0.11.2)

The one month brings was working (older version), now my computers are not finding it.

  • I tried to delete and insert the new ID, nothing, nothing …
  • Tried to re-install but the settings remain …
  • Does not appear error message, nothing …

Is there any way to radically reset the SyncTrayzor?

Are both pcs up to date?

Firewall off? It may have revoked previous permissions when syncthing upgraded.

Anything relevant in the console window?

I checked the firewall and updated everything, is working now. Thank you guys.
