Stuck and not syncing

Both devices are online, no network restrictions, it synced till 91GB then I moved some of that media to another folder hoping that would start it again but now it’s stuck at 8.9 and keeps saying out of sync

It does say 1.87 GiB but when I click on it, it appears blank like this
