Should I use syncthing or something else?

I have 40TB in 100,000 files, I want that synced on 3 servers, but I also want to be able to have a person be able to pull single files easily, and help the 3 servers distribute that file. Syncthing seems like the perfect fit for this except the ability to “sync” individual files to a new person needing the files and also helping distribute it, it just doesn’t seem that easy to do. I hear about ignore lists, etc. But I’m just asking if there’s perhaps anything else that can do better in this situation? IPFS seems like an alternative but much more difficult to get started.

Ideally something like Airexplorer with p2p syncing would be what I’m looking for.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

You can just expose your folder on a web server if you want to access singular files.

I can’t really think of something that does both things. Perhaps nextcloud, but I’ve heard it’s pretty weak on the sync story.

issue solved!!
