I am relatively new to syncthing, and dont know if I should hit yes or no to this dialog. Which is best in terms of system resource usage? Which is the recommended option? Which causes less sync errors? Is using the external watcher the only case when no should be applied? If so, why doesn’t it say “chose yes unless you have an eternal watcher”.
Your should always press yes and disable external watcher. It’s letting you know about the changes it’s doing which is better than doing it in silence.
