Share same folder with two group with different Folder Type

I use Syncthing by many year, I configured about 10 machine that sync together.

Now I need to configure a same folder that be sincronized with two group of machine.

Group A send and receive change, this is not a problem.

Group B: I need that receive only the change “from Group A” or one machine (a NAS) of group A.

I know that the simple config was to configure all machines in Group B in receive only, but my problem was that the machines in Group B not was under my mainetence, so I may consider that it may be set in “send and receive” mode.

I think a solution that create on one machine (a NAS) of group A two share with the same folder path, one set in “Send&Receive” type and one set in “Send Only” type.

The share “Send&Receive” I sharing with other device in Group A.

The share “Send Only” I sharing with device in Group B.

I ask you if this set up can create sync problem, or can function.

Or give me another solution.

The scanning time may be twice? Or syncthing optimize because was the same folder?

I think the db index spece was twice, correct? Or was optimized?

When there was a change was optimized the sync?

If two the device of Group A have the double share “Send&Receive” and “Send Only”, in this case may be sync conflict ?
