Setup Syncthing over Centos7

I have run the install Syncthing over centos7 following this link, Install and Configure Syncthing on CentOS 8 / CentOS 7 | ComputingForGeeks

then changed the config from 127.0.0.1 to Private IP address, the port in listen state on the vm but not accessible from the another computer on Private IP address:8384 port.

How do I solve the problem?

I don’t see anywhere in the guide suggesting changing it to the private IP address. Our FAQ answers this.
