Hi, Iam using Synctrazor with 3 other pcs to sync one folder. It worked just fine for 4 weeks but since last sunday the scanning takes 12h for 4GB. He Scans with 87B/s and the Out of Sync Item list gets longer and longer. I didnt changed anythink … so what could it be ?!

Over the years Syncthing has also been a good detector for hardware failures, so you might want to check for that. Other possible bottlenecks: antivirus, external disk, lots of small files
