Run condition check prevents Exit

Hi,

I have Syncthing set to only use WiFi. If I leave WiFi range, it reminds me that a run condition is preventing access (good) but there is no option to ignore this and just Exit Syncthing (not good).

If I choose Exit, Syncthing UI exits but the app is still running. If I change settings and do anything other than e.g. enable mobile data, the UI will re-show that dialog box.

So the options are enable mobile data, or force quit the app.

Is that expected behaviour?
